Uli Cartwright
Born with multiple chronic health conditions, Uli spent the first 3 years of his life living in the hospital. Due to Uli’s illnesses, he was unable to eat and could only utilize less than 50% of his lung capacity. Since that time, Uli has dedicated his life to the betterment of the mental health and disability sector, aiming to influence and change perceptions of those working in the sector with the intent to improve services and quality of life for those who currently access NDIS support.
